Rotor INSPIDER 1X ALDHU Bundle
This Rotor INspider 1x bundle gives you a complete set-up without the hassle and cost of shopping around. Choose your axle, cranks and chainrings to fully customise your INSpider power meter, which is integrated into the chainring spider.
This 1x bundle is for riders who have enough range in their rear cassette, so they don't need a double chainring. This saves not only the weight of the chainring, but also the front mech. It is not suitable for varied terrain and is often seen as a Time Trial set-up.
To keep your existing axle, cranks and chainrings, take a look at our INSpider-only offer.
Which power meter is right for you?

Rotor INSpider Power Meter Features
Flexible system
The Direct Mount INSpider slots onto your axle, then it is easy to alter your set-up for specific races or as your riding progresses by changing the chainring size. It is more difficult to move between 1x and 2x set-ups as the front mech needs changing too, so you will be limited to changing the size of the 1x ring. Choose either traditional round rings or Rotor's renowned oval Q-Rings.
Accurate data
The combined left-right power data collected by the INSpider allows you to take your data to the next level, improving your power balance for both training and racing. Analyse your power output, cadence, Optimum Chainring Angle (OCA) & a recommendation of Optimal Chainring Position (OCP) & TORQUE 360, which is data normally only available in lab testing. The biomechanical data shows real-time pedal strokes.
Robust unit
The unit has coated electronics and strong sealing for water resistance, along with a rechargeable battery.
Compatibility
INSpider is ANT+™ and Bluetooth® Smart compatible, so you can connect to your bike computer and see your bike power whilst training on Zwift or other platforms.
Easily analyse data with Training Peaks. Training Peaks offer a free 'Fundamentals of Power' Training Plan to help you get started.
The Rotor Power App gives additional data analysis of TORQUE 360, Optimum Chainring Angle and balance.
Aldhu crankset features
Aldhu is Rotor's top-end crankset, with features including:
Lightweight
The 175mm cranks weigh 347.8g (without chainrings & axle)
Modular
Aldhu cranks are fully modular and can be paired with various axles and chainring combinations to make this the most adaptable, tailored fit for the spectrum of riders and bike standards.
Rotor INSpider 1x Options
The INSpider 1x has a wide range of sizes and options to customise your set-up. See our Rotor FAQ for more detailed information, but briefly:
Crank length?
Cranks come in 165mm, 170mm, 172.5mm or 175mm. Your height and leg length dictate the ideal length for you. 165mm is best for a 5'4" rider, whereas a 6'2" rider will need 175mm. It is not true that shorter cranks benefit triathletes.
Q Rings or Round rings?
The oval shaped Q-rings optimise the force applied to the pedal, meaning that the downward stroke is in a bigger gear, where the 'recovery' phase (over the top) is in a smaller gear. They are particularly useful when you would need to change up or down gear, only to change back seconds later. See more info on Q-rings here.
Chainring sizes?
This INSpider 1x bundle is a single chain ring set. It comes in sizes 46T to 54T (and other sizes are available on request). Work our your front chain ring size in conjunction with your rear cassette to ensure you have the best range of gears for you. Smaller rings suit slower riders, or those pushing up big ascents, whilst larger rings are ideal for fast triathlon riders or Time Trialists, or for speed downhill.
VEGAST or ALDHU?
ALDHU is Rotor's top crankset, VEGAST is the standard. The main difference is weight: ALDHU is 347.8g whereas VEGAST is 383.8g. For that, the ALDHU is more expensive.

Aero crown is available separately here
